Dosage and duration of use of Ayurvedic herbs for polycystic ovaries:

For the fastest results, we recommend taking Fenugreek and Shatavari in a dosage of 2x2 capsules daily, Curcumin 95 in a dosage of 2x1 capsule daily. Take the capsules at the same time. At the dosage given, a packet will last you for 1 month.

After about 3 months of use , provided you follow the diet recommendations, you should see the first results.

Dietary recommendations for the treatment of polycystic ovaries:

• In particular, significantly limit milk and dairy products, including yoghurt.
• Do not eat frozen or chilled foods and do not drink chilled drinks until your condition is resolved (water at least room temperature).
• Once your condition improves, do not eat or drink chilled during your period!
