Garcinia cambogia is a tree grown in Southeast Asia, South India and central Aferica. The fruit of Garcinia cambogia tree resembles like pumpkin. In India, the fruit is known as Malabar tamarind. It is rich in Vitamin C, low fats and high in water content and fibers.

The taste of Malabar tamarind is sour and acidic, due to which, it has been used in various recipes for flavoring like curry. In Ayurveda, Garcinia cambogia, has been described for digestive ailments and weight loss.

Composition: 100% standardised extract, each capsule contains 500 mg of extract 5:1 of Garcinia indica or Garcinia cambogia Choisy (Clusiaceae) containing hydroxycitric acid > 55%. Vegetarian capsule shell made from plant cellulose containing active moiety.

Package: 60 capsules, 500 mg of pure herbal extract in each capsule, no additives 

Dosage: 1- 2 capsules twice daily. Half an hour after meal with plain water, with a one-hour gap from standard medications.
