In this pack you will find our recommended products to help you solve a wide range of potential health problems. Pain:

• For headache Ashwagandha 2x2 capsules daily, Vara Churna 2 teaspoons daily.
• For pain e.g. musculoskeletal, inflammation, swelling, after injury: BoswelliaCurcumin + Ashwagandha + Giloy 2x2 capsules of each.
• Ear pain: AllerG Care + BoswelliaCurcumin 2x2 capsules daily.

Injury:

• Fracture, abrasion, swelling, pain, head injury, concussion: Ashwagandha + BoswelliaCurcumin 2x2 capsules daily
• Cutting in the sacrum: Ashwagandha + BoswelliaCurcumin 3x2 capsules per day.

Heat stroke, overheating of the body:

• Plenty of pure water, Giloy + Amalaki Rasyana 2x2 capsules daily.

Colds, viruses, bacteria, fever, cough:

• AllerG Care + BoswelliaCurcumin + Neem + Amalaki - of each 1-2 capsules 2x daily depending on severity of illness
• Fever: add Giloy 3x2 capsules daily
• For sore throat, scratchy throat or dry cough add Yogi Kanthika lozenges. Take 6x3 lozenges daily.
• Cough: AllerG Care + BoswelliaCurcumin 2x2 capsules daily, Yogi Kanthika lozenges suck 6x3 lozenges daily.
• Viral illness + skin eruption: Giloy + Neem 2x2 capsules daily. On skin, mud from Vara Churna + sprinkle contents of Neem capsules + water - leave on for 20 minutes.

Infection, pus, poorly healing wounds:

• BoswelliaCurcumin + Neem 2x2 capsules daily

Allergies:

• Allergies (hay fever, skin allergy): AllerG Care + Neem + Giloy - 2x2 capsules of each.
• Food allergy, intolerance, celiac disease: AllerG Care + Digestion Power
• Bites and allergic reaction: pour out 1 capsule of Neem, mix with water and apply the paste to the affected area. Internally AllerG Care + Neem 2x2 capsules daily.
• Histamine intolerance: AllerG Care + Digestion Support 2x2 capsules daily.

Indigestion:

• Bloating, food standing up in stomach: Digestion Power 2x2 capsules daily, Vara Churna 2 teaspoons daily, Aegle Plan Bilwa 2x2 capsules daily
• Diarrhea, intestinal pain, inflammation of the intestines, cramps: Aegle Plan Bilwa 2x2 capsules daily
• Constipation: Digestion Support 2x2 capsules daily, Vara Churna 1 tsp 2x daily, in the evening a tablespoon of good quality oil (sesame, almond)
• Heartburn: Digestion Support and Amalaki 2x2 capsules daily (limit acidic and spicy foods)

Psyche and nervous system, exhaustion:

• Stress, nervousness, anxiety, energy delivery, nervous ailments: Ashwagandha 2x2 capsules daily

Teeth, mouth:

• Inflamed tooth, inflammation in mouth: open a BoswelliaCurcumin capsule and pour on the spot as a temporary solution
• Aphthae: Amalaki Rasyan 2x2 capsules daily. Smother Yogi Kanthika lozenges 6x3 lozenges daily.

Detox:

• Detox after hangover, after possible poisoning: Amalaki 2x2 capsules daily, for headache Ashwagandha 2x2 capsules daily

Eczema, skin problems:

• Neem + Amalaki + Giloy 2x2 capsules of each. Take out Neem capsules, mix with water and apply the mixture on the affected area.

High blood pressure:

• Ashwagandha + Amalaki 2x2 capsules daily. In case of sudden increase in pressure, immediately take 2 capsules of Ashwagandha.

Gynecological problems:

• Vaginal discharge: Neem 2x2 capsules daily

Eye inflammation/pain/infections:

• Let stand 2 teaspoons of Vara Churna in 1 dcl boiled water overnight. In the morning, filter the mixture and wash your eyes in it. Internally Amalaki Rasayan + Giloy 2x2 capsules daily.
