Combo Pack contains a selection of the best Ayurvedic products to promote hair growth and improve hair quality.
Within Ayurveda, increased and premature hair loss has been linked to increased Vata dosha (most commonly due to stress and hormonal changes) and Pitta dosha (most commonly due to diet). Therefore, herbs are used in hair care to supply necessary nutrients, promote toxin elimination, support hormonal balance, help with stress and reduce Vata and Pitta doshas.
The herbs contained in this package are recommended to be taken for 3-6 months. They can also be taken alongside conventional medicines (keep an hour apart). They are not addictive. You can see improvement after just 1 month at a dosage of 2x2 capsules a day of each.

Recommended dosage for Alopecia:
We recommend taking 2 capsules 2x daily of each product.
Dosage: 1- 2 capsules twice daily. Half an hour after meal with plain water, with a one-hour gap from standard medications.
It is important to follow the dietary recommendations, in particular: limit your intake of tea, coffee, red meat, pungent and acidic foods, alcohol and smoking. Also significantly limit fried, fatty and spicy pungent foods.
